We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservices@gluegalore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Glue Galore Ltd, Unit 7 Offley Hoo Farm, Hoo Lane, Offley, Herts SG5 3ED

If your return is accepted, you will need to provide your own shipping. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservices@gluegalore.com.

At Glue Galore we are dedicated to offering you a great service. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us by phone, by email or via our contact form. We promise to respond quickly to ensure that you get the best possible use out of all of our products.

We aim to process and despatch orders placed before 1PM Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be despatched until Monday.

Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Pricing

You are able to order Glue Galore products anywhere in the UK with the delivery methods as listed below (including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands).

Even though the Channel Islands are not part of the UK for VAT purposes and your order is effectively VAT-free, the price you pay for your order will not change. This is because we take into account the increased costs of shipping your order to Channel Islands.

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not guarantee a 24h delivery from ordering, nor does DPD Next Day Delivery guarantee a next day delivery, but rather that Royal Mail and DPD aim to deliver the parcel the next working day from receiving the order from us.

General Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. We aim to process orders placed before 1PM the same day. Once your order has been despatched, we will send you another email as a confirmation.

Our warehouse does not process orders on the weekend, this means there will be no shipping of orders on Saturday or Sundays. Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

International Deliveries

Unfortunately, we do not offer international deliveries for our orders.

When to Contact Us

If you have recently placed an order with us, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. This is to ensure that Royal Mail has a sufficient amount of time to deliver your parcel.

If you have any general questions regarding our products, please feel free to get in touch, we respond quickly to emails.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders will be shipped with DPD Next Day delivery service for a fixed price of £7.50. Please bear in mind that while we aim to process our consumer orders the same day if received before 1PM, we cannot guarantee this for the wholesale orders due to the size of the orders. We aim to process all wholesale orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
